Manzanita Dining Hall is located on the North campus and features a rotating menu as well as menu specials throughout each month. This dining hall offers both fresh, local ingredients, home-style favorites, and vegan/vegetarian options, and even a Wok station to create a fried rice or noodle dish. You can also find locally sourced coffee from Cartel Coffee served at this dining hall with a brand new coffee and tea bar.
